Charlie was found hanging around the Caticlan Jetty port in a deplorable state, mange all over, no fur, emaciated. He must have had a rough time as a stray. Fortunately we were there to pickup up another rescue, so we caught him as well. Now, Charlie has recovered and he’s a really friendly dog, no longer afraid of people. He’s very sociable towards dogs and people.
