Marcia was rescued from Ibajay Public Market, in a town nearby. She is already an older dog and was probably abandoned because of the severe mange. Because of her age, her fur hasn’t returned completely, but at least she looks much beter and she is a very happy girl again. She’s a very kind and gentle soul that really deserves a good life.
